Joe Corona has spent his career doing one thing: helping leaders and organizations grow into their potential. With 30+ years of experience in leadership and organization development, he brings a depth of perspective that only comes from being in the room — through the hard decisions, the pivots, and the breakthroughs.
Joe specializes in start-ups and scale-ups, where the stakes are high and the margin for misalignment is thin. His approach is deliberate and incremental — building fundamentally sound teams and organizations from the inside out, one disciplined step at a time.
He founded Corona Consulting Group to bring that same close-advisory model to more leaders — not as an outside expert, but as a trusted partner who stays in it with you.
